Gear for success is a program that aims to equip the disadvantaged working class population with quality and professional work wears. It seeks to instil confidence and self-belief in people who are earning meagre salaries and struggling to survive.
Other than donating professional clothing at a highly discounted price, it would make available, career counselling and trainings to people from various professions. This program will prepare people with skills to identify new opportunities in the work place.
